Heat your French press with hot water, than discard
Add your coffee grinds

At 1:00, stir about ten times. Try not to agitate the coffee too much!
Add the rest of the water (350grams)
At 4:00, press down slow and firm
Lastly, immediately pour all coffee into a separate carafe to avoid over extraction
