A Champion AeroPress Technique
The Winning Technique in 2018
This wonderful AeroPress technique, developed by Carolina Ibarra Garay from the USA, won gold at the 2018 World AeroPress Championships, an annual competition that sees more than 3,000 competitors from over 60 countries. Garay had 5-minutes to prepare, brew, and present her winning cup of coffee to a panel of judges, which she repeated for several rounds before being declared the 2018 champion. Muse Coffee Co. attempted Garay’s gold medal cup of coffee, following her winning recipe, and then comparing it with our own. Below is Garay’s recipe, with some helpful Muse tips. Give it a try and let us know how your signature coffee compares with this champion!
