This single origin coffee from Santa Barbara region in Honduras from finca El Rio.

It is a dry or (natural) process coffee that is grown a 1600m elevation.

Flavor Profile:

Funky and fruity upfront with a deep dark chocolate finish this little bad boy will getcha hitting the morning high hat, it may even keep you dancing to the early hours.

Best Use:

Awesome as a cold brew, delightful in any hot brew method other than espresso.

For optimum results let this coffee sit for a few weeks after roast date, we have found that these funky fruitbomb dark chocolate naturals will balance themselves out the third and fourth week past roast date.
